Rulmeca Motorized Pulley Service on Large Models Now Available in Wilmington |
|
Rulmeca Corporation, manufacturer of the world's largest Motorized Pulleys, announced that the company now offers in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair service on all models from the Wilmington, NC facility.
Half Ton Giant: Dwarfed by the 1,000 lb Motorized Pulley drive train, Merle Graham fastens the lead from the 460v/3ph/60Hz six pole motor to the Motorized Pulley's hollow front shaft before reassembling the unit for final test and shipment. With an extensive network of independent repair centers throughout North America, Rulmeca Corporation usually only services obsolete models (built in the 1980's) or helps customers with special situations. The primary function of the Wilmington, NC facility is to offer "Quick Ship" (usually same-day) delivery of all of the most popular models; but servicing all types is a natural extension to the business.
Behemoth Bench-test: Whether reapiring a 20 year old Motorized Pulley or assembling a brand-new unit, Rulmeca's sub-assembly and final assembly test procedures include: no load current, external temperature, "hi pot," sound quality, and visual inspection. |
